To add a confirmed musician to the lineup, go Lineup : Music Schedule and choose the year to be edited.
Under table contents you’ll see a grid with dates on the top (columns), venue (subheader column) and times on the left (rows). In the corresponding shift, enter the URL and band name using the following syntax:

You can copy the band’s URL by going to their individual entry and copying their permalink.
