SUMMER LINE UP!
It may not be too warm outside (yet), but the Cherrywood Art Fair gang (a.k.a. Chula League) is cooking up a fair that will showcase some of the hottest artists in Austin! We have lots of great things happening this summer so be sure to follow us on social media to get the latest updates.
Chula League is partnering up with Haymaker for a second round of the Fourth of July Pickled Egg Eating Contest. Yep, it’s happening again and we invite you to join us in the fun!! The contest begins at 4:30pm with a $20 entry fee – click here to RSVP. All entry fees and a portion of sales that day will support our Little Artist BIG ARTIST program.
Please join us later in July at the Elisabet Ney Day celebration on July 18th. Ney Day organizers are planning lots of art, music and family activities at the park behind the museum at 304 E. 44th St. Drop by the Chula League booth to make some upcycled paper crafts & find out more about LaBA. Hope to see you there!
The Spring LaBA Art Show was a smashing success! So much fantastic art from our artists graced the walls of ReNew East@Imagine Art. Check out the blog and tag/share your fav opening night reception photos on Facebook.
Calling All Artists – We are super excited to see what local artists & makers are cooking up this year. Want to get in on the action? Mark those calendars and start thinking about some ‘glam shots’ that showcase your best work to when you apply for the 2015 Cherrywood Art Fair!
